Home Owner Stories: Jessie

Jesse came to us looking to build on a lot in rural Lincoln County MO. He was a perfect fit for our Build Anywhere program. We looked at all our design options and finally settled on making some “cool” modifications to our Primrose Model.
Q. When you started this new home journey what things did you have in mind that you wanted to accomplish for yourself and/or your family?

I wanted a customized home that I could make my last and meet the needs of all 5 of us.

Q. Do you feel that you have been able to get the results that you hoped for?

Yes. Dan and Kevin were easy to work with. Dan especially made the process relatively easy and kept us in the loop on most decisions.

Q. What were some benefits that you didn’t expect?

The team was will to go the extra mile at times to satisfy us even if it meant the company lost a dollar or two.

Q. Why would you recommend CMS Homes to someone who may be just starting their new home journey?

I think the price was very competitive. Taking on the construction loan was a huge perk. The completion date given was kept. So far quality has been pretty good. Very open communication.

Q. If you were recommending CMS Homes to your best friend what would you say?

Same as above

Thanks Jessie! You’ve been GREAT to work with!
