GETTING THE RIGHT HOME PLAN: A FEW SIMPLE QUESTIONS

Choosing a new home plan and be a daunting task but here are a few simple questions to help you out.

Do you like privacy and solitude?

If you like privacy and solitude then an open floor plan is probably not for you. You will need to pick a plan that gives you space to get away to when needed. An example is our Winchester Plan. This plan has optional study or 4th bedroom. In addition the kitchen area is not exposed to guest or family that are in the great room area.

Do you plan to entertain?

Open floor plans are usually the best plans for entertainment. Family and friends gathered in the great room and kitchen can easily interact. Our Whitmore, Whitmore II, Briana, Beaumont and Lexington are great open floor plan designs.

At a point in your life that you don’t want to be right next to the kids?

Split bedroom ranch plans offer a separate sleeping area for the Master Bedroom away from the other bedrooms. The Primrose and Rosewood are beautiful examples of split bedroom ranch homes.
