Closing day is here!

We’ve just closed on a new Augustine model in Hidden Valley at Hammett Hills with a lovely couple, Lea and Zachary! While searching for the ideal home for their family they decided to build with CMS Homes in Hidden Valley. An important factor was how close Hidden Valley was to the ideal schools for their children. Another huge plus was the residential community of Hidden Valley, filled with new families and other children. Knowing how hard it is for kids to move, both parents were confident  they’re kids will make new friends fast in such a friendly and welcoming community! The couple already has big plans for the new home, such as building a deck and finishing the basement into a fun living space. With such a beautiful new home in a beautiful community, we know they will adore their new home!
