CMS Homes owners Dale Black and Jeff Sheets grew up in the Troy area and enjoy sharing everything they love about it with new homeowners. Lincoln County is rural yet convenient to major highways and cities. It’s peaceful and private yet offers plenty of social camaraderie and neighborly support. It has everything people who reside in the St. Louis area gravitate toward, so in 2003, the duo decided to buy land, create communities, and build beautiful, customized homes.
Dale and Jeff built the business from the ground up, weathered the Great Recession and the pandemic, and maintained a dedicated team that has stayed up to date with the latest technology and home-building trends.
