We just moved into our new CMS Home in Moscow Mills. Some say that building is such a stressful event. Not the case at all. CMS Homes, Susan, Ted, and Jeff were so helpful, gave such good guidance to fit what we were looking for in our new home. The quality, the details, and it was 3 months and 10 days from dig to done, we had unbelievable build weather, and they kept to schedule. I LOVE my home, and hope I never build again (because I LOVE my choices!)…BUT if I ever do, I would use them again, and highly recommend them, should you consider building. Very well done.

I think the price was very competitive. Taking on the construction loan was a huge perk. The completion date given was kept. So far quality has been pretty good. Very open communication.

CMS will bend over backwards for you when an issue arises during construction. I was pleased to know that I could call Dale or Jeff at any time with any issue and deal with them directly.

Our realtor brought us to your available Spec Home/Home in a Hurry and it was a new home, in a nice neighborhood. We changed a couple things and CMS worked with us every step of the way. It was so easy. They were always available to answer any of our questions.

My home is beautiful. It is everything that I was wanting in a home to start out first family in. They offer spacious layouts that look more upscale than other builders in the area. Dan has great customer service and truly makes the building process much easier.

The customer service has been very good. Any concerns are addressed immediately. The communication with CMS is great.

Kevin and later Mike kept us posted on progress and what we needed to do next to keep things rolling. You guys worked with us to tweak the house plans to our liking. Having the suppliers on a handout with all the contact information was very helpful. If we found something we thought was a problem your guys got it fixed. We feel like we got a quality house built. The floor plan is immensly efficient with NO wasted space, large bedrooms, 11ft ceilings with transoms for natural lighting. A perfect floor plan and options for our family. Kevin was phenomenal. The dedication given by Mike to build to scope of work and quality standards no matter what obstacles he had to overcome. What an asset to CMS.
